Back for its fifth year, the 2017 Real Rock Star Awards #RRSA will bring together local and national musicians to honor Youth on Record’s most resilient and talented students in a one-of-a-kind red carpet event for a new generation.
The evening includes amazing music and performances! Dinner by our Sponsor Catering by Design, Rock Star Videos by Telideo Productions, drinks by Ratio Beerworks, Barefoot Wine, and Titos Vodka, plus the unique opportunity to be part of this fabulous event!
September 28th, 2017 - 2 Ticket Levels

- $15 Ticket / $20 at the Door - Event Starts at 7pm

Schedule
- Wednesday the 27th: Silent auction opens online at 5pm! You will receive a text message and email with a link to browse and start bidding (if you wish!) on the silent auction. You can get a sneak peek and then find your favorites when you arrive at the event.
- 500pm - Red Carpet, Cocktails, and Silent Auction Opens
- 530pm - Dinner / Program
- 700pm - Silent Auction Closes
- 745pm - Performance and Awards (Doors at 7pm)

Other Tips & Details
- The event is open bar and includes Sparkling, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir from Barefoot Wine, Beer from Ratio Beerworks, and Vodka mixed cocktails by Tito’s Vodka.
- The menu has been designed by our 5 Rock Stars this year! You will have a chance to experience their favorite foods. This will be served from Catering By Design, our Food Sponsor for the event this year.
- We know you have always wanted to attend the Grammy’s! Here is your chance! Come and celebrate the artistic and personal achievements of our 5 amazing young people.
Attire
Come as dressy and fly as you want and/or as cozy as you want! We are having the seated dinner in a large enclosed heated tent on the grass.
Silent Auction
The auction is mobile this year (meaning you will place bids using tablets at the event placed by the items or volunteers walking with them in hand, or on your phone!), here’s what you need to know:

- Look for a text/email on Wednesday early evening with the link to the mobile bidding website
- You will be able to browse the auction and place bids as soon as you get this link until it closes at 7 p.m. that evening!
- Bring your phone fully charged to the event if you choose to bid by phone.
