Revealed: Denver's 2021 Best Places to Work honorees (Small category)
The workplace has changed dramatically for many of us during the Covid-19 pandemic, but the best companies know that culture doesn't stop at their doorway. Smart leaders are finding new ways to keep their workforce engaged — and literally meeting their employees "where they're at."
Denver Business Journal has once again teamed with Quantum Workplace to identify the region's Best Places to Work. Our 2021 list includes 65 companies from across the Denver metropolitan area, judged by those who know the companies best: the employees.
Nominations were accepted from the public, and employees at nominated companies were asked to complete an online survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. The survey opened on Feb. 1 and closed on March 3.

Quantum Workplace employee surveys measure each company’s culture, from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership. Responses from the surveys were compiled, evaluated and ranked by Quantum based on their composite score.
We'll reveal this year's honorees in groups throughout the week. starting today with the Small category, which is defined as companies with at least 10 employees, but no more than 24. The other categories will be announced throughout the week in the following categories:
- Medium: Companies with 25 to 49 employees
- Large: Companies with 50 to 99 employees
- Extra-Large: Companies with 100 to 249 employees
