The 7th Annual Music Matters | 2025
The month of March is a time when the community can come together and collectively agree that “music matters”
(this campaign is the whole month of March!)
Every $1 makes a difference as you spend at local venues, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops! These community-oriented businesses have come together to make a difference for the next generation of young creatives during the entire month of March!
Youth on Record is a Denver-based nonprofit that offers free music education programming and paid internship/fellowship opportunities for young creatives ages 11-24 at our youth recording studio in Denver! Learn more about us!
HOW DO I CONTRIBUTE AS A LOCAL BUSINESS?
Venues, artists, and small businesses are showing their support in the following ways:
- donations from $.25-$1.00 from ticket sales or the door
- donate a % from the month, a special drink or food
- some artists performing have chosen to match the $.25-$1.00 from their own ticket sales and have joined our Music Ambassador Program
- donation buckets behind the bars / counter
- add YOR as a donation line on your credit card receipts
- running a raffle at the show
- others are making a direct donation
- Or....Get Creative and let us know what ideas you have!

March 1st, 2025: Cerveceria Colorado is hosting our kickoff party and donating 20% of all taproom sales.
March 3rd, 2025: Find Youth on Record at Colorado Public Radio's annual 303 day celebration at Number 38 from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
March 5th, 2025: Sexy Pizza is donating 15% of all-day sales at the South Pearl location including online gift cards and merch.
March 7th, 2025: Call Your Mother Deli is donating 25% of sales between 8am and 11am at the Tennyson shop. Be sure to mention "Youth on Record!"

6th Clothing Co. is donating a 10% of sales from the Youth on Record line of clothing sold and 6% of sales from other 6th Clothing Co. apparel and accessories sold in March.
Artisan Optical is donating $5 for every eye exam and 10% of all Raen Eyewear sales.
Bar 404 is donating $1 for every Music Matters Mule sold in March.
Branch & Barrel Distilling is donating 50% from every Cocktails for Charity drink sold at the taproom and distillery in Centennial. Find the Branch & Barrel Tawny Port Aged Straight Bourbon Whiskey available on the Music Matters March Silent Auction.
Call Your Mother Deli is donating 25% of sales between 8am and 11am at the Tennyson shop on March 7th, 2025. Be sure to mention "Youth on Record!"
Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom is donating $1 from every Music Matters Mule sold in March.
