Shiela Enser

Shiela is a vice president and regional marketing manager with CDM Smith, a global engineering and construction firm that provides integrated solutions in the water, environment, transportation and energy market sectors. Applying a strategic mindset and strong communication skills, she works with multi-disciplined teams to develop and monitor marketing and sales plans and is responsible for meeting business development goals that advance the firm’s position across the United States.

Shiela joined the Youth on Record board in 2017 with a desire to be part of an organization that catalyzes the power found at the intersection of music, education and youth, and has been inspired by the relentless work of the Youth on Record team and limitless creativity of Colorado’s youth ever since.

Her other passions include all things Colorado outdoors, live music, playing competitive tennis, spending quality time with friends and family and being a mother to two headstrong daughters.
