Mark Anthony Montoya

 

Mark Anthony works as Senior Aide for Denver City Councilwoman Flor Alvidrez, bringing his passion for community, music, policy and event production to the role. A former special event DJ with DJ Connection, he knows how to read a crowd and keep the energy just right. His time as a radio host on 89.3 FM KUVO Denver and KUNR Wolf Pack Radio sharpened his storytelling skills, blending music and conversation to connect with diverse audiences.

 

Beyond the mic, Mark has hands-on experience in event security with LiveNation, giving him a behind-the-scenes understanding of event logistics and crowd management. He’s also deeply committed to giving back—especially when it comes to helping young people tap into their creative talents and turn their dreams into reality. As a member of the Music Policy Committee for Youth on Record, he’s actively working to empower the next generation of artists in Denver.
